Refund policy
All of our products are made-to-order - we're not Amazon, and we're not drop shippers. We are a small manufacturer and when you order from us, we are handcrafting your gloves for you. While we will always except exchanges (see our exchange policy below) we do not accept refunds. We are 100% committed to standing by the quality and workmanship of our products. If we make a mistake, we will make it right. If you receive something you're not happy with, please reach out to us at info@sullivanglove.com and let us know how we can help.
Exchange Policy
We hope you'll take a look at our product descriptions and size guide before buying, but in the event that you need a different size, please reach out to us. Here's some guidance for exchanging:
- Exchanges are valid for new, unused products only: aside from trying them on to check the fit - gloves and slippers should be unscarred, with their original sew-in size tags in good condition.
- Exchanges should be requested no later than 10 calendar days from the shipping courier's delivery date
- While exchanging we will happily modify orders to accommodate for different hide type, color, size, product. Customers may choose to pay the difference for products of greater value.
- When sending in an exchange, please include a note with your email address and order number so we can process your exchange promptly.

Cancelation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We strive to make your gloves in a timely manner. So please cancel your order within 72 hours. Orders canceled before 72 hours will be refunded in full but will be charged a 3% fee (we're sorry but credit card fees charged to us from your order are not refunded to us). Any cancellation requests before shipping but after 72 hours will be refunded with a 15% shop fee.
Repair Policy
Have an issue with a glove? Did you cause it? Did we cause it? We don't care! We'll take care of you. Just reach out to us at info@sullivanglove.com and we'll work with you to get you squared away. Properly cared for, Sullivan Gloves should last years and years. We're happy to fix popped stitches, patch something torn, replace patches or fingers. Our stance is that we made it to last and we'll help you keep your gloves in tip-top shape for as long as you own them. Email us for details so we can keep your hands covered!
